The Honeywell RP series — RP2 and RP4 — are rugged mobile printers for receipts and labels, built for delivery drivers, route sales, field service and warehouse staff who print on the move. They print 203 dpi direct thermal with no ribbon, connect over Bluetooth with a Bluetooth + Wi-Fi option, and include USB on every model. The RP2 is the compact 2-inch model for receipts and small labels; the RP4 handles full 4-inch shipping and carton labels.
RP2 or RP4?
RP2 — 2-inch. Receipts, tickets, order slips and small shelf labels, in a printer light enough for a belt all shift.
RP4 — 4-inch. Delivery notes, shipping labels, carton and pallet labels as well as wide receipts.
Which connectivity?
Part numbers ending in D… (e.g. RP4F0000D22) — Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, for printing from a server or shared system as well as the user's own device.
Part numbers ending in B… (e.g. RP4F0000B12) — Bluetooth only, for printing from the handheld or phone the same person carries.
All RP printers below are CE certified and covered by manufacturer warranty. Spare batteries, 4-slot battery chargers and extended Honeywell service contracts are available from stock; direct thermal print fades over time, so use it for receipts and logistics labels rather than asset tags.
