Its insert-molded design combines a hard polycarbonate shell with soft, shock-absorbing TPE rubber, and the integrated GDS connector gives the tablet flat, ruggedized pogo contacts that stand up to frequent docking and are easy to clean. According to RAM, charging through the pogo pads is up to 30% faster than through a traditional USB-C connection. An external USB-C port lets you charge the tablet when no GDS dock is available, and a dedicated slot keeps the S Pen at hand. With the sleeve on, the tablet drops straight into RAM GDS Tough-Docks, GDS desktop docks and – with a Uni-Conn adapter – GDS Uni-Conn docks.

📦 What's in the box – RAM-GDS-SKIN-SAM90-NG

IntelliSkin Next Gen Protective Sleeve – for Samsung Galaxy Tab Active5, GDS contacts and external USB-C port

4 USB-C caps – optional, for the USB-C port

💡 You might also consider a GDS Tough-Dock for the Tab Active series or its key-locking version for vehicles and forklifts, plus a screen protector for the Tab Active5 & 3.

View accessories →

Key Features

Two-layer protection – insert-molded polycarbonate shell with shock-absorbing TPE rubber; military-grade drop protection

GDS charging and data – flat, ruggedized D-shape pogo contacts, up to USB 3.1 (5 Gbps); the Tab Active5 itself supports max.
