Datalogic PowerScan PD9130 Barcode Scanner (PD9130)

The Datalogic PowerScan PD9130 is a rugged corded 1D barcode scanner from Datalogic's PowerScan 9100 series, built for the shop floor, warehouses and logistics centres. Its linear imager projects a bright, laser-like green scanning line – easy to aim like a laser, but without the moving parts – and reads all common 1D barcodes down to 2.5 mil, standard EAN-13 codes from 2 to 61 cm and large 40 mil Code 39 labels from as far as 2.3 m. The housing is sealed to IP65 and withstands 50 drops from 2.0 m onto concrete, and the multi-interface electronics connect via USB, RS232 or keyboard wedge, depending on the cable. The scanner is backed by a 3-year (36-month) Datalogic warranty. Please note: the PD9130 reads 1D (linear) barcodes only – not QR codes, Data Matrix or other 2D codes. This version, PD9130, is supplied as the scanner only – an interface cable is not included.

• Wide working range – standard EAN-13 codes from 2 to 61 cm, 10 mil Code 39 up to 66 cm and large 40 mil labels up to 2.3 m, with generous reading angles (pitch ±75°, roll ±45°, skew ±70°).
• 1D only – please check your barcodes – the PD9130 does not read QR codes, Data Matrix, PDF417 or other 2D codes. If you need them, choose the PowerScan PD9630 2D imager.
• Clear good-read feedback – Datalogic 3GL™ (Three Green Lights), the Green Spot projected onto the code, dual good-read LEDs and a loud beeper confirm every read, even in noisy halls.
• Built for industry – IP65 sealing against dust and water jets, 50 drops from 2.0 m onto concrete, 20 kV ESD protection and an operating range of −20 °C to 50 °C.
• Multi-interface electronics – USB (OEM USB, USB COM, USB HID keyboard), RS232 and keyboard wedge on board, 4.5–30 VDC input: simply choose the matching PowerScan 9100-series cable.
• Free configuration tools – set up the scanner with the Datalogic Aladdin utility and integrate it using the OPOS / JavaPOS utilities.
