The Datalogic QuickScan QBT2500 is a cordless Bluetooth® 2D handheld barcode scanner with a 1 MP imager that reads 1D, 2D and Digimarc codes from paper labels and phone screens, with Datalogic's Green Spot good-read confirmation. A removable 3250 mAh battery lasts for approx. 115,000 reads per charge, and the scanner connects either through its BC2090 base station (USB, USB-C or RS-232) or directly to Bluetooth PCs, tablets and smartphones. It comes with a 5-year Datalogic warranty. This version, QBT2500-BK-BTK+, is black and is supplied with a USB-C charging cable but without a base station – it pairs directly with your Bluetooth device.

💡 How it connects: scan the pairing barcode in the quick reference guide and pair the scanner directly with your Bluetooth-enabled PC, tablet or smartphone – as a keyboard (HID) or serial port (SPP). For a plug-and-play USB or RS-232 connection to a POS system and a range of up to 50 m, add the Datalogic BC2090-BK base station (needs an interface cable) or choose the QBT2500-BK-BTK1 kit.
💡 Charge the scanner through its USB-C port (approx. 3 hours with a wall adapter). For multi-shift use add a spare battery RBP-QBT25-BK; the Datalogic holder HLD-Q040-BK keeps the scanner at hand on the desk or wall.
