Epson TM-L90/TM-L90LF Desktop Label Printer (C31C412412)

The Epson TM-L90 is a compact, reliable thermal printer for labels, barcodes and receipts – ideal for post offices, pharmacies, supermarkets, deli and weighing counters, ticketing and logistics. It prints sharp 203 dpi labels and receipts at up to 150 mm/s on receipt paper, die-cut or continuous labels (with or without black mark) from 38 to 80 mm wide, takes rolls up to 90 mm in diameter and cuts every label cleanly with its auto-cutter. Drop-in paper loading, greyscale printing for logos and an exchangeable Epson interface board make it easy to use and to integrate. This version, C31C412412, is the serial (RS-232) + built-in USB model for PC-based POS systems, cash registers and scales; it comes with an Epson PS-180 power supply – the power cord (C13) and interface cables are not included.

Key Features

• Clean cut for every label – the auto-cutter cuts labels and receipts (1 million label cuts / 2 million receipt cuts), and back-feed saves media between jobs.
• Serial + built-in USB – connect it to a POS PC via USB or to cash registers, scales and legacy systems via RS-232; the exchangeable Epson interface board (UIB) can later be swapped for Ethernet or parallel.
• Greyscale printing – add logos, symbols and promotional messages to labels and receipts.
• Drop-in paper loading – open the cover, drop in the roll and close – no threading, minimal training and fewer paper jams.
• Upright, flat or on the wall – only 140 mm wide; install it vertically to save counter space, horizontally under a shelf, or on a wall with the optional WH-10 bracket.
• Cash drawer support – the drawer kick-out port drives up to two cash drawers.
• Built for reliability – MTBF of 360,000 hours, MCBF of 70 million lines and a 24-month Epson warranty, extendable with Epson CoverPlus.

Which version should you choose? The TM-L90 (412) combines serial and built-in USB, the TM-L90 (465) adds Ethernet for network printing – both print labels with liner and receipts and include a starter label roll; 465A0 also includes a UK power cord. Choose the TM-L90LF (682) if you want to print liner-free labels. All versions include the PS-180 power supply; interface cables are ordered separately.
